Scope of Work: The scope of work will be in a written agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees.

Payment Terms: Half payable before work begins. Any additional expenses, such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party plugins, can be agreed upon during the discussion between the client and us.

Timeline: The timeline for completion of the website will be outlined in the written agreement. Any delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the timeline.

Content Creation: The client is responsible for providing all content, including text, images, and videos, unless otherwise agreed upon in the written agreement. Can be agreed upon during the discussion between the client and us.

Website Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the website. The client is responsible for maintaining and updating the website, unless otherwise agreed upon in the written agreement.

Revisions: The client will have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the website design and functionality during the development process. Once the website is complete and approved by the client, any additional revisions may result in additional fees.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the course of the project.

Liability: Website design and development may involve third-party plugins or services, and our developer or company is not responsible for any damages caused by these plugins or services.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. The client will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the point of termination.
